Abstract
Se describe un aparato, sistema y metodo de manufactura de un elevador marino construido de una aleacion de aluminio que tiene una alta proporcion de resistencia a peso. El aparato elevador de la invencion comprende una pluralidad de secciones de elevador acopladas en serie de extremo a extremo, en donde cada una de la seccion de elevador comprende un tubo que tiene un primer extremo y un segundo extremo, un primer acoplamiento rebordeado soldado al primer extremo del tubo y un segundo acoplamiento rebordeado soldado al segundo extremo del tubo, en donde el tubo es construido de una aleacion de aluminio que tiene una proporcion de resistencia a peso mayor que aquella del acero. El aparato elevador puede incluir opcionalmente una o mas lineas auxiliares que proporcionan comunicacion hidraulica con una cadena de soplado.
