Abstract
Se proporcionan instrumentos manuales que tienen un montaje accionador el cual se puede utilizar para accionar una herramienta montada distalmente por aplicacion de fuerza radial alrededor de la totalidad de la circunferencia del instrumento (es decir, omniaccionable). De manera mas preferible, el montaje (10-1) accionador incluye una pluralidad de palancas (20) accionadoras generalmente en forma de L separadas circunferencialmente que definen superficies (22-1) de apoyo arqueadas respectivas a lo largo de regiones de borde exterior de las mismas y un anillo (22) de retencion el cual une circunferencialmente las palancas accionadoras alrededor de las regiones de borde exterior de las mismas. El anillo de retencion de manera mas preferible define una superficie (20-3) de guia arqueada estacionaria interior en una relacion coincidente y adaptable a las superficies (22-1) de apoyo de las palancas accionadoras. La fuerza radial aplicada a las secciones de brazo que se extienden proximalmente de las palancas, de esta manera responden provocando que las superficies de apoyo de las mismas se muevan deslizablemente a lo largo de la superficie de guia del anillo de retencion de manera que cambian la fuerza radial a movimientos longitudinales de un perno (18) de accionamiento alargado entre las posiciones retraida y extendida del mismo. Al proporcionar una herramienta la cual actua de manera conjunta operativamente con el perno de accionamiento, un cirujano puede accionar la herramienta segun se necesite al aplicar fuerza radial en cualquier punto alrededor de la circunferencia del montaje accionador.
