Abstract

Se expone un compuesto de tinte reactivo que comprende: (a) al menos una entidad cromoforica; (b) al menos un heterociclo que contiene nitrogeno (c) un grupo enlazante para enlazar cada entidad cromoforica a cada heterociclo que contiene nitrogeno; caracterizado porque al menos un heterociclo que contiene nitrogeno se sustituye con al menos un grupo Y, en donde Y se deriva de un aldehido hidratado, una cetona hidratada, una alfa- hidroxi cetona hidratada, o la forma hidratada de acido formico y se enlaza via uno de sus atomos de oxigeno al heterociclo que contiene nitrogeno formando con esto un semiacetal. Los compuestos en la presente tienen altos Valores de Agotamiento (E), altos Valores de Fijacion (F) y altos Valores de Eficiencia (T) y muestran mejoras significativas en los terminos de reducir el tinte usado en los residuos, aumentando la afinidad del tinte con el substrato, aumentando la union covalente del substrato tenido, aumentando la capacidad para tenir substratos a temperatura ambiente, disminuyendo la cantidad de tinte que se elimina durante el "proceso de lavado con jabon" posterior al tenido y simplificando con esto el "proceso de lavado con jabon" posterior al tenido asociado tradicionalmente con el tenido de algodon con tintes reactivos para fibra y reduciendo el tenido de las telas blancas adyacente. Ademas, los compuestos preparados anteriormente proporcionan tenidos mas intensos y requieren menos niveles de sal para tenir los substratos de algodon.
