Abstract
Metodo para formar una soldadura entre piezas de fabricacion (1, 2) sobre una region de union (3). El metodo comprende: Exponer la region de union (3) a una radiacion incidente (4) que tiene una longitud de onda fuera del rango visible para provocar la fusion de la superficie de una o ambas piezas de fabricacion en la region de union, y permitir que el material fundido se enfrie y por lo que las piezas de trabajo se soldan juntas. Un material de absorcion de radiacion se proporciona en la region de union (3) en una de las piezas de fabricacion (1, 2) o entre las piezas de fabricacion que tiene una banda de absorcion que coincide con la longitud de onda de la radiacion incidente, de manera que absorbe la radiacion incidente y generar calor para el proceso de fusion. La banda de absorcion se encuentra fuera del rango de la luz visible para que el material no afecte la apariencia de la region de union (3) o de las piezas de fabricacion (1, 2) en la luz visible.
Description
MÉTODO PARA SOLDAR DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN La presente invención se relaciona con un método para formar una soldadura entre dos piezas de fabricación, sobre una región de unión. La soldadura por láser de transmisión es una técnica que ha sido desarrollada para soldar materiales tales como plásticos. Esto se logra colocando dos miembros plásticos en contacto, una que es transparente, y la otra que es opaco a la luz visible. La región de contacto entra las dos miembros de plástico se expone entonces a un rayo láser. El rayo láser pasa a través del miembro de plástico transparente y es absorbido por el segundo miembro de plástico opaco. Esto causa que el miembro de plástico opaco se caliente causando que la región de contacto entre los dos miembros de plástico se funda, y consecuentemente forme una soldadura. Todos estos métodos están limitados por la necesidad de proporcionar por lo menos una pieza de fabricación que sea opaca en la luz visible. De acuerdo con la presente invención, se proporciona un método para formar una soldadura entre dos piezas de fabricación sobre una cultura, el método comprende exponer la juntura a una radiación incidente que tiene una longitud de onda fuera del rango de la luz visible para provocar la fundición de una superficie de una o de las dos piezas de fabricación en la región de unión y permitir que el material fundido se enfríe, y por consiguiente soldé las piezas de fabricación, el método además comprende el proveer un material que absorba la radiación en la zona de la región de unión en una de las piezas de fabricación o entre las piezas de fabricación que tenga una banda que coincida con la longitud de onda de la radiación incidente, para que absorba la radiación incidente y genere calor para el proceso de fusión, el material que absorbe la radiación debe permitir la transmisión de la luz visible para que el material no afecte sustancialmente la apariencia de la región de unión o de las piezas de fabricación en la luz visible. De acuerdo con esto, se proporciona un método para soldar piezas de fabricación que pueden producir una soldadura visualmente transmisible. Esto se logra incluyendo material que permite la transmisión de luz visible en la región de unión, que absorba radiación fuera del espectro visible. La región de unión entonces se expone a la radiación de esta longitud de onda, causando que la región de unión se caliente. Esto a su vez causa que las piezas de fabricación se fundan de tal forma que se forme en una soldadura entre las dos piezas de fabricación. Si las piezas de fabricación y la región de unión mismas permiten la transmisión a la radiación visible, la soldadura también es por lo menos translúcida a simple vista. Las piezas de fabricación pueden ser opacas y teñen colores semejantes o diferentes y/o son transparentes o translúcidas a la luz visible. En algunos casos, el material absorbente a la radiación se incluye en una de las piezas de fabricación. En otros casos, dos piezas de fabricación pueden soldarse poniendo el material en forma de emparedado entre las dos piezas de fabricación. Esto permite que las piezas de fabricación que no incluyen un material que absorba radicación adecuado puedan ser soldadas juntas. Los materiales que absorben radicación, que son típicamente en forma de aditivos, pueden comprender colorantes o pigmentos ya que el uso de un aditivo permite en los plásticos estándar y otros materiales que se hagan modificaciones fácilmente para permitir la soldadura con el nuevo método. Se prefieren los colorantes a los pigmentos debido a la naturaleza granular de estos, lo que significa que hay dispersión de la luz y se reduce la eficiencia de absorción de la luz. Además los coeficientes de absorción molar bajos de los pigmentos significan que se tienen que utilizar concentraciones más altas para producir un efecto dado de calentamiento, y aparte de las desventajas de costo, esto puede conducir a cambios indeseables en las propiedades físicas del objeto principal, incluyendo la apariencia de un color indeseado. En las advertencias de estás especificaciones se hará referencia a los colorantes aunque la alternativa de los pigmentos también puede ser apropiada. En algunos casos el material que absorbe radiación puede tener algún color residual que sea visible en secciones muy delgadas o cuando están presentes grandes concentraciones del material. La absorción mayor siempre será en regiones invisibles, sin embargo. Un colorante ideal cerca del infrarrojo para la soldadura por láser de los plásticos transparentes debería tener los siguientes atributos: • Una banda de absorción angosta cercana a los
800nm, (o longitudes de onda más largas, dependiendo del láser utilizado) con un coeficiente de absorción molar alto. • Pequeñas si hay alguna absorción en la región de 400-700nm. • Buena solubilidad en el miembro principal.
• Buena estabilidad respecto de la incorporación del método utilizado. • No deberá degradarse en productos derivados de color . Ejemplos de los tres tipos de colorantes que pueden satisfacer todos los requerimientos antes mencionados son los colorantes de cianina, los colorantes de esquarilio y los colorantes de croconio. Cada una de las piezas de fabricación será hecha típicamente de materiales plástico aunque no necesitan ser los mismos. Un ejemplo es el PMMA perspex. El material que absorbe radiación pude ser proporcionado solamente en una de las piezas de fabricación o en un inserto colocado entre las dos piezas de fabricación. Los colorantes que absorben radiación infrarroja cercana tiene la propiedad de absorber luz en la regiones fuera de los 780nm con mayor eficiencia. Esto es, tiene altos coeficientes de extinción en una o varias longitudes de onda en esa región espectral. Cuando esta luz se observe ya sea de una fuente láser o de una fuente de luz incoherente, las moléculas disipan la energía absorbida principalmente como calor, a través de atenuaciones electronivibracionales, este calor se localiza en las moléculas del colorantes y su ambiente inmediato de la pieza principal. En el caso en que la pieza principal está hecha de un polímero (la mayoría de los termoplásticos y algunos polímeros altamente reticulados también) , sucede una fusión en la superficie en donde están el colorante y el polímero. Sí un polímero claro (es decir uno que no absorba la radiación NIR pero que simultáneamente puedan ser transparente o de color) se encuentra adyacente a esta superficie, la fusión provocará que haya una soldadura. Por lo tanto, para que suceda una soldadura, el colorante debe estar ausente de la entidad plástica frontal permitiendo que la luz de láser pase a través de esta sin ser absorbida y pueda ser localizada por lo menos en la superficie de la otra entidad plástica o en la interfase entre las dos piezas plásticas. En este sentido, la lámina de colorante se comporta esencialmente como un elemento focal óptico para la luz láser, absorbiéndola muy eficientemente en una capa extremadamente delgada y convirtiendo la luz absorbida en calor en esa misma capa. La luz del láser como otras longitudes de onda de luz son de otra manera transmitidas efectivamente por el aviso del conjunto, que yace enfrente de está superficie 'laminar así como detrás de esta superficie (una excepción al último caso se da cuando se usa la opción en la que un elemento de los que serán soldados tiene su masa impregnada por colorantes) . El establecimiento de tal superficie laminar cargada de colorante puede completarse en varias formas: • El colorante puede incorporarse como una película fina que puede ser colocada en la interfase de las piezas plásticas a ser soldadas. El substrato de película puede ser del mismo polímero o polímeros que se fundieron pero puede ser un polímero diferente también. Las concentraciones de colorante de aproximadamente 0.02% basadas en el peso de la película son típicamente adecuados pero son una función del colorante particular, usado también como los plásticos que se fundieron. El espesor de la película de aproximadamente 25 µm también es característico. La ventaja de utilizar una película/cinta que contenga el colorante absorbeor es que el colorante se necesite en la película, solamente cuando va a ser fundido y su vehículo es un sólido que permite simplificar el manejo, almacenamiento, etc. Otra ventaja es que ambas piezas plásticas pueden ser del mismo material y pueden de manera notable ser de plástico transparente. • El colorante puede ser introducido en la masa del polímero del último de las dos piezas de polímero (última en términos de la cual una luz láser se encuentra) . Solamente que el colorante en, o muy cerca de la superficie es activa absorbiendo la luz láser ya que los colorantes son absorbedores altamente eficientes de NIR. La absorción de luz resulta en una soldadura como antes, pero sin el uso de cinta/película. La ventaja es que no ha hay pasos extra en la manufactura de la soldadura que se tengan que hacer para la aplicación de la cinta, etc. • La superficie de la última pieza plástica puede ser hecha, por ejemplo, teniendo una película de colorante cargado utilizada como un molde inserto en una operación de moldeado para generar la superficie rica de colorante en la pieza plástica. • Se puede impartir una aplicación de superficie de los colorantes en la superficie de uno de los sustratos a ser moldeados, por un revestimiento de baño químico, una infusión de colorante, tintura, esparcido, impresión, pulido en seco, aplicación de pasta, etc. Esta es una alternativa de bajo costo en los términos del colorante utilizado y ofrece flexibilidad en cuanto ha que se puedan tratar solamente áreas seleccionadas. • El material al ser soldado puede ser coextruido con copolímeros que contengan colorante, pero esto puede restringir el acercarse a ciertas aplicaciones susceptibles de utilizar la forma de extruido. • Una pieza plástica puede ser sobremoldeada para proporcionar una banda angosta, por ejemplo, para un área seleccionada, pero se encuentra con costos de moldeado más elevados . El material que absorbe radiación puede ser expuesto directamente a la radiación y entonces se unen las dos piezas hasta el tope (opcionalmente bajo presión) o más usualmente se expondrá a través de una de las piezas de fabricación. Típicamente, esta pieza de fabricación no incluirá un material que absorba radiación entonces el calentamiento se localiza en la interfase entre las dos piezas de fabricación. Típicamente, la radiación que tiene una longitud de onda predeterminada es una radiación infrarroja, por ejemplo con una longitud de onda de sustancialmente 780nm o más, típicamente mayor a 1500nm. Debe comprenderse sin embargo que cualquier radiación fuera del espectro visible está disponible y puede utilizarse proporcionando un material que absorba radiación adecuada y, si es apropiado, uno de los lados de la junta permitirá la transmisión a la radiación utilizada. Una variedad de las fuentes de radiación convencional puede ser utilizada incluyendo tanto el láser de diodo como el láser Nd:YAG. Las lamparas de infrarrojo focalizadas también pueden usarse. Ejemplos de métodos de acuerdo con la presente invención serán ahora descritos refiriéndose a los dibujos que los acompañan, en los cuales: Las Figuras 1 a 3 son vistas laterales esquemáticas de las tres diferentes soldaduras.
La Figura 1 muestra una primera pieza de fabricación plástica 1 y una segunda pieza de fabricación plástica 2 colocadas en translape para definir una región de unión indicada como 3. La unión es soldada exponiendo la región de unión 3 a un rayo de radiación no visible 4 de una fuente tal como el láser 5, una lampara infrarroja o similar. La primera pieza de fabricación plástica 1 permite la transmisión de la radiación del haz de radiación 4 y puede
0 no transmitir luz visible. En este sentido, transmisión significa que la pieza de fabricación plástica 1 absorbe menos que una porción predeterminada de la radiación incidente. De conformidad con esto, la pieza de fabricación plástica 1 puede ser transparente o translúcida a la radiación en el espectro visible, o puede reflejar tal radiación, pero típicamente no será totalmente absorbente (es decir negra) . Por lo tanto, la pieza de fabricación plástica
1 será incolora, clara con un color de tinte o con color. Las piezas de fabricación plásticas 2 también pueden o no permitir la transmisión de radiación en el espectro visible. Sin embargo, en contraste con la pieza de fabricación plástica 1, es necesario que la pieza de fabricación plástica 2 sea capaz de absorber el rayo de radiación 4. De acuerdo con esto, se añade un aditivo a la pieza de fabricación plástica 2, siendo este capaz de absorber la longitud de onda del rayo de radiación y capaz de permitir la transmisión de la radiación en el espectro visible. Debido a que solamente la región de unión 3 se expondrá al haz de radiación 4, el aditivo puede proporcionar solamente en la parte de las piezas de fabricación plásticas 2 que van a formar la región de unión o alternativamente puede proporcionarse a través de las piezas de fabricación plásticas 2 completas. El haz de radiación 4 tiene una longitud de onda fuera del espectro visible pero en un rango que será absorbido por el aditivo. Esto es la radiación infrarroja típica que tiene una longitud de onda entre 780-1500nm. De acuerdo con esto, el láser 5 puede ser un láser Nd: YAG o un láser de diodo. Cuando la región de unión 3 se expone al haz de radiación 4, el aditivo absorberá la radiación. Esto causa que el aditivo caliente hasta fundir las piezas de fabricación plásticas 1, 2 en la región de unión 3, con lo cual al enfriarse las piezas de fabricación se soldaran. Cuando se forma la soldadura, debido que los materiales en la soldadura permiten la transmisión de la radiación en el espectro visible, la soldadura misma presentará pequeños cambios o no los presentará en el componente, a simple vista. Las soldaduras suceden como resultado del calor generado causando la fusión del material plástico hasta una profundidad de 0.2 mm típicamente. En donde el material compatible está en buen contacto sucederá la interdifusión de moléculas y por lo tanto la soldadura. La generación de calor en la interfase de soldadura se controla por la absorción coeficiente de la capa de colorante, y con los parámetros de procesamiento. Los parámetros principales son la potencia del láser, que típicamente está entre 10W y 500W, la velocidad de soldadura (típicamente de 5-200mm/seg) y el tamaño del punto luminoso del haz de láser (0.5-10mm de ancho) . El procedimiento también puede efectuarse con un dispositivo de láser fijo, que irradiara a la región de unión por un tiempo definido . Una segunda modalidad de la presente invención se muestra en la Figura 2. En la Figura 2, se proporciona una primera pieza de fabricación plástica 11 y una segunda pieza de fabricación plástica 12. También se proporciona una película delgada de material soldado 16 que se coloca entre la primera pieza de fabricación plástica 11 y la segunda pieza de fabricación plástica 12, de manera que se defina una región de región de unión 13. Para soldar la primera y la segunda pieza de fabricación plásticas 11, 12, la región de unión 13 se expone a un haz de radiación 14, a partir de una fuente 15 tal como un láser o similar. Como en la primera modalidad de la presente invención, la primera y segunda piezas de fabricación plástica 11, 12 pueden o no permitir la transmisión de radiación en el espectro visible. Sin embargo, en contraste con la primera modalidad, no es necesario que la segunda pieza de fabricación plástica 12 absorba la radiación del haz de radiación 14. Sin embargo, la película de soldadura 16, aunque permite la transmisión de la radiación en el espectro visible es absorbente a la radiación del haz de radiación 14. Por lo tanto, como en la primera modalidad de la presente invención, cuando la región de unión 13 se expone al haz de radiación 14, el material de soldadura 16 absorbe el calor por lo tanto el calentamiento de los alrededores de la región de unión 3. Consecuentemente las piezas de fabricación plástica 11, 12 se funden en la región de unión 13 y al enfriarse forman una soldadura. De nuevo esto permite la transmisión ópticamente de la radiación en el espectro visible. En su forma más básica la absorción en un material translúcido, sigue un enlace exponencial con el espesor (ignorando los efectos de la reflexión y de la dispersión) , es decir Fracción transmitida = exp (-at) En donde a es el coeficiente de absorción y t es el espesor de la pieza de fabricación. Los coeficientes de absorción de los plásticos translúcidos que se han medido, varían entre 0.02mm"1 hasta 0. mm-1 a 800-1100nm de longitud de onda. Por lo tanto un rango útil cualquiera menos a aproximadamente lmm"1 para un plástico translúcido. En un proceso de la forma mostrada en la Figura 2, la capa de colorante tiene un coeficiente de absorción de aproximadamente 5.4mpf1 Típicamente, por consiguiente, la capa absorbente deberá tener un coeficiente de absorción mayor que aproximadamente 3mm-1. Deberá comprenderse que en cualquiera de los ejemplos anteriores, las piezas de fabricación plástica 1, 2; 11, 12 estarán sujetadas juntas durante el proceso de soldado para asegurar que la región de unión se mantenga en contacto mientras se forma la soldadura. Alternativamente, el componente con material absorbente puede ser primero irradiado y luego juntar las piezas de fabricación. Una configuración adicional de la soldadura se muestra en la Figura 3 en la que un par de piezas de fabricación plásticas 20, 21 son soldadas utilizando un inserto transparente 22 que es absorbente a la luz láser. Las piezas de fabricación 20, 21 en este caso no son absorbentes a la luz láser. Se apreciará que algunas de las variaciones adicionales son posibles del tipo soladura de extremo y similares . Los aditivos absorbentes típicos pueden seleccionarse de los grupo.s químicos tales como colorantes de metal ftalocianina, colorantes azo metalizados y colorantes indoanilina metalizados. La tabla 1 siguiente proporciona un conjunto de ejemplos de fuentes y materiales que coincidentes : Tabla 1
Ej emplos La soldadura de hoja de PMMA: Dos hojas claras de polimetilmetacrilato aproximadamente de 3mm de espesor se sobre soldaron utilizando el proceso de ClearWeld™ con un láser Nd:YAG. Una película de MMA de 10-15µm que contiene típicamente un colorante con absorción infrarroja de 0.01- 0.1% en peso se colocó en la interfase. Las dos piezas se sujetaron juntas y se soldaron con una potencia aplicada de 100W a una velocidad que varia entre 0.1-1. Om/min . El haz de láser utilizado fue de aproximadamente 6 mm de diámetro y la película fue de 5mm de ancho. Las pruebas de tensión en estás muestras resultaron en fallas en el material base adyacente a la soldadura con cargas del orden de 50N/mm. La soldadura obtenida tenia muy poco color residual y era tan clara o más clara que el PMMA base. Soldadura de tela revestida de poliuretano: Dos piezas de tela translúcidas blancas de tela revestidas de poliuretano de aproximadamente de 0.15mm de espesor se soldaron por sobreposición utilizando el proceso ClearWeld™. El colorante que absorbe infrarrojos se aplicó a partir de una solución en acetona a la región que va a ser soldada entre las piezas sobrepuestas. Se aplicaron 0.001-0.1 µg/mm2 de colorante típicamente a la tela. Las dos piezas se sujetaron juntas y se fundieron como una potencia de aplicación de 100W a una velocidad que variará entre 5-2. Om/min. El haz láser utilizado fue de aproximadamente 6mm de diámetro. La soldadura obtenida tuvo muy poco color residual . Soldadura de tela laminada de PA/PTFE: Dos piezas de color opaco de tela laminada de poliamida/politetrafluoroetileno, aproximadamente de 0.15mm de espesor se soldaron de manera sobrepuesta utilizando el proceso de ClearWeld™. El colorante absorbente infrarrojo se aplicó a partir de una solución en acetona a la región que va a ser soldada entre las piezas sobrepuestas. Se aplicaron 0.001-0. lµg/mm2 de colorante a la tela típicamente. Las dos piezas se sujetaron y soldaron con una potencia aplicada de 100W y a una velocidad que varía entre 0-1.0 m/min. El haz láser utilizado tenía aproximadamente 6 mm'de diámetro. La región soldada obtenida no tuvo ningún color residual aparente además de aquel de la tela original. Las técnicas de soldadura también se han utilizado para soldar telas a base de nylón (despunte/costura/sellado de costura/etc . ) con láser. Y películas delgadas (PE, PEEK) . En estos casos el colorante se disolvió en un solvente adecuado y se pinto sobre la región de unión resultando en deposición de colorante en la superficie e infusión del colorante muy ligero en el sustrato. Se permitió el secado antes de la soldadura. Claramente, el uso de substratos poliméricos tales como el poliéster, policarbonato, poliestireno, polisilicones, etc. tanto solos como en mezclas textiles u otras y numerosas películas termoplásticas, son extensiones obvias de este ejemplo. Debe notarse que mientras que la máxima utilidad del colorante se obtiene cuando el colorante está disuelto verdaderamente en el substrato (película o masa u otro portador) , suspenciones de colorante aplicadas en estas formas también son eficientes para las aplicaciones de la soldadura descritas anteriormente.
Claims (29)
- REIVINDICACIONES 1. El método de formación de soldadura entre dos piezas de fabricación sobre una región de unión, el método caracterizado porque comprende: exponer la región de unión a una radiación incidente que tenga una longitud de onda fuera del rango visible para provocar la fusión de la superficie de una o ambas piezas de fabricación en la región de unión y permitir que el material fundido se enfríe y por lo tanto suelden las piezas de trabajo juntas, el método además comprende proporcionar un material de absorción de radiación en la región de unión en una de las piezas de fabricación o entre las piezas de fabricación que tiene una banda de absorción que coincide con la longitud de onda de la radiación incidente, de manera que absorbe la radiación incidente y genera calor para el proceso de fusión, siendo el material de absorción de radiación transmisible visualmente de manera que el material no afecte sustancialmente la apariencia de la región de unión o de las piezas de fabricación en la luz visible.
- 2. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación se coloca en forma de emparedado entre las dos piezas de fabricación.
- 3. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación se proporciona en por lo menos una de las piezas de fabricación .
- 4. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación se proporciona en el sustrato, moldeando el substrato en un molde con un inserto formado por o incluyendo el material de absorción de radiación .
- 5. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación se proporciona como un revestimiento del substrato.
- 6. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación se proporciona coextruyendo el material con el substrato.
- 7. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación se expone a radiación antes de colocar juntas las piezas de fabricación.
- 8. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación es expuesto a una radiación a través de una de las piezas de fabricación.
- 9. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque las piezas de fabricación están hechas de plásticos.
- 10. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el material de absorción de radiación es un colorante de absorción de radiación.
- 11. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el límite inferior de la banda de absorción es aproximadamente 70 nm.
- 12. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque la banda de absorción define el rango de 780-1100nm.
- 13. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizado porque la banda de absorción define el rango de 820-860nm.
- 14. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizado porque la banda de absorción se encuentra en el rango infrarrojo.
- 15. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la banda de absorción no incluye el rango de 400-700 nm.
- 16. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la radicación se encuentra en el rango infrarrojo.
- 17. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la longitud de onda de la radiación incidente se encuentra en el rango de 700-2500 nm.
- 18. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 17, caracterizado porque la longitud de la radiación incidente se encuentra en el rango de 790-860nm.
- 19. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 17, caracterizado porque la longitud de onda de la radiación incidente se encuentra en el rango de 940 a 980nm.
- 20. El método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la radiación es un haz de láser.
- 21. Un par de piezas de fabricación que han sido soldadas por un método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes .
- 22. Un método de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 20, caracterizado porque las piezas de fabricación comprenden telas.
- 23. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 22, caracterizado porque las telas son telas a base de nylón.
- 24. Un método de conformidad con la reivindicación 22, caracterizado porque las telas están revestidas de poliuretano.
- 25. Un método de conformidad con la reivindicación 22, caracterizado porque las talas comprenden telas laminadas de poliamida/politetrafluoroetileno .
- 26. Un método de conformidad con la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 20, caracterizado porque las piezas de fabricación comprenden películas delgadas tales como poliéster PEEK.
- 27. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 9, caracterizado porque las piezas de fabricación están hechas de termoplástico.
- 28. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 27, caracterizado porque las piezas de fabricación termoplásticas son textiles,
- 29. El método de conformidad con la reivindicación 9, caracterizado porque las piezas de fabricación son películas termoplásticas.
