Abstract

La presente invencion esta directamente relacionada con hilo de materiales de filamentos de modulo alto cubiertos y tejidos los cuales son formados del mismo. La presente invencion esta intentando proveer un material compuesto filamentoso el cual exhibe las ventajas de los materiales de modulo alto mientras proveyendo unos medios para compensar las propiedades disminuidas expuestos por tales fibras en la direccion normal a la orientacion molecular de cadena. La estructura del filamento compuesto de la presente invencion es un material de filamento de modulo alto cubierto con filamentos bicomponente. La estructura del filamento compuesto tiene una primera capa interior de un material de filamento de modulo alto y una segunda capa exterior de fibras bicomponentes, la segunda capa exterior de fibras bicomponentes siendo cubierto alrededor de la primer capa interior de material de modulo alto a lo largo de su longitud entera. El área entera de superficie del material de modulo alto debe ser cubierto.
