Abstract

Un método para estabilizar la frecuencia de un rayo láser semiconductor. El método incluye las etapas de detectar un tono de batido heterodino mezcladoopticamente un campo de dispersion de un resonador optico y una salida de frecuencia modulada del rayo láser semiconductor y detectar una fase del tono de batido heterodino mezclando el tono de batido heterodino en cuadratura con una señal de referencia de radiofrecuencia. El método incluye además la etapas de filtrar la fase detectada del tono de batido heterodino, graduar la fase detectada filtrada del tono de batido heterodino, y modular el rayo láser semiconductor con la fase detectada graduada del tono de batido heterodino y la señal de referencia de modulacion de radiofrecuencia.
