Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un método para la fabricacion de cerdas espirales mediante extrusion de monofilamentos. Con el fin de proporcionar un método con el cual se puedan fabricar de manera barata cerdas espirales de la misma manera que las cerdas convencionales con una calidad idéntica, predeterminable, se extruye un monofilamento que tiene una seccion transversal no circular y se preestira después de su extraccion, acompañada por una reduccion en su seccion transversal, seguido por estiramiento adicional, torsion a un material de cerda espiral sobre por lo menos parte de su longitud y después estabilizacion por encogimiento. Es posible extruir un monofilamento con una seccion transversal ovalada o en forma de polígono que tenga un nucleo y por lo menos una saliente axialmente paralela. De acuerdo con un método adicional, por lo menos dos monofilamentos se preestiran y se extraen por jalado, acompañado por una reduccion en su seccion transversal, seguido por estiramiento adicional, torsion junta para proporcionar material de cerda espiral y estabilizacion por encogimiento con calor.
