Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de control conectado tanto a un dispositivo de paquetes primario (tal como un teléfono de paquetes basado en PC) y una red (por ejemplo una red de telefonía o una red de paquetes) que proporciona confiabilidad mejorada para telefonía en paquetes y mantenimiento de red.
