Abstract
Un proceso para sellar metales anodizados sin usar ningunos metales pesados comprenden un primer paso en el cual el metal anodizado se pone en contacto durante un periodo de entre 3 y 30 minutos (para un espesor de la capa anodizada de 20 micrometros) con una solucion acuosa que tiene una temperatura de 15 degree C a 35 degree C y un pH de 5.0 a 6.5 y contiene de 0.1 a 3 gramos por litro de iones de litio y de 0.1 a 5 gramos por litro de iones de fluoruro y un segundo paso en el cual, el metal anodizado se pone en contacto durante un periodo de 5 a 30 minutos (para un espesor de la capa anodizada de 20 micrometros) con agua, o una solucion acuosa de substancias que impiden la formacion de un revestimiento de sellado, teniendo la solucion un pH de 5.5 a 8.5 y una temperatura de 80 degree C a 100 degree C.
