Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un molino de cilindros de anillo que opera a una velocidad subcrítica y que comprende por lo menos un anillo amolador y por lo menos un rodillo ajustado dentro del anillo amolador. Tal molino puede utilizarse en relacion con la fabricacion de cementos para el amolado de materiales de escoria mineral, escorias y materiales similares. EL objetivo de la presente invencion es proporcionar un molino de cilindros de anillo en el cual no ocurren las vibraciones indeseables o el recorrido oblicuo del rodillo durante la operacion y esto se logra montando accesorios internos en la forma de unidades de impacto y de distribucion en internos en la forma de unidades de impacto y de distribucion en el molino. Estas unidades se colocan en la trayectoria hacia la zona ahusada. Durante el proceso de amolado las unidades de impacto y de distribucion romperán los aglomerados, si hay alguno, al tiempo que distribuyen el material suelto sobre la zona ahusada en una capa uniforme. El grado máximo de impacto se logra cuando el material golpea la unidad a un ángulo entre 60 degree y 110 degree .
