Abstract

La formulacion puede estar en una forma multi-particulada tal como pellas o mini-tabletas o en la forma de tabletas. Ejemplos de ingredientes activos cuya solubilidad y efectividad terapéutica pueden ser mejoradas con la formulacion son cisaprida, ciclosporina, diclofenac, felodipina, ibuprofeno, indometacina, nicardipina, nifedipina, terfenadina y teofilina.
