Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona a un proceso para la produccion de AzeOH enantioméricamente puro, que comprende la cristalizacion selectiva de una sal de tartrato diastoméricamente pura del mismo, seguido por la liberacion del amino ácido libre, así como también los compuestos D-tartrato del ácido L-azetidin-2-carboxílico y L-tartrato del ácido D-azetidin-2-carboxílico.
