Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere al proceso para unir dos sustratos con un adhesivo anidro o con poco contenido de agua, parcialmente cristalino, solido a la temperatura ambiente, el proceso se caracteriza porque el adhesivo primero se activa por friccion interna y/o externa. Luego, los sustratos se juntan con el adhesivo entre éstos. Cuando se le deja en resoso, la estructura logra sus resistencia final después de un periodo de entre algunos segundos hasta algunos días. La friccion destruye la estructura cristalina y hace que el adhesivo se vuelve pegajoso, y la recristalizacion de su resistencia final y elimina la consistencia pegajosa. El adhesivo se basa de preferencia en poliéster o poliuretano y se utiliza de preferencia en forma de barra adhesiva sin empaque impermeable. Es especialmente adecuado para unir papel, dado que no causa corrugacion.
