Abstract
Se revelan nuevos materiales de celulosa derivados de pulpas con una brillantez ISO entre 80 y 90. las celulosas esencialmente coinciden con el color de los productos alimenticios con los que se mezclan, para proporcionar productos alimenticios como salsas, emulsiones, postres congelados, productos bajos en grasa y similares con color esencialmente uniforme. La presente invencion también incluye productos de queso de particulas que esencialmente no se aglomeran tales como queso rayado o gratinado mezclados con celulosa derivada de una pulpa que tiene las cualidades ISO anteriormente descritas. La celulosa está presente en una cantidad que es suficiente para esencialmente impedir la aglomeracion del producto de partículas de queso, y sin embargo sesorialmente no se detecta.
