Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un filtro electrostático para la separacion de partículas, el cual comprende una unidad de carga de partículas dispuesta corriente arriba, que comprende por lo menos un cable de corona para la carga de partículas y una unidad de recoleccion de partículas, dispuesta corriente abajo con relacion a la misma. La unidad de recoleccion de partículas comprende dos tipos de elementos de tipo de placa (1, 1') dispuestos esencialmente paralelos entre sí y la direccion de flujo a través del dispositivo a una distancia predeterminada entre sí, en donde un primer grupo de elementos (1) está conectado a la tierra (3) y el segundo grupo de elementos (1') está eléctricamente aislado con referencia al dispositivo y al primer grupo de elementos (1) y los elementos (1, 1') esencialmente se hacen de uno o más materiales de polímero no higroscopico con una resistencia de masa que preferiblemente se encuentra dentro de la region de 1x10²(ranura)cm a 1x108(ranura)cm, de mayor preferencia 1x10ü(ranura)cm a 1x107(ranura)cm, más precisamente 1x10ü(ranura)cm a 1x104(ranura)cm. En una modalidad, los elementos longitudinal de la unidad, por lo que el primer grupo de elementos conectados a tierra (1) están dispuestos más alejados de la parte de carga de partículas, y el otro grupo de elementos (1') están eléctricamente aislados con referencia al dispositivo y al primer grupo de elementos (1) y dispuestos más cerca de la parte de carga de partículas. La invencion también se refiere a una terminal de aire de suministro que comprende el filtro de acuerdo con la invencion como una unidad integrada junto con una parte de calentamiento.
