Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un proceso de giro de paso para la fabricacion de partes engranadas en el interior, con un mandril de presion que comprende un mandril en el cual se fija una herramienta de formacion y uno o más rodillos de presion. Se sostiene una pieza de trabajo entre la herramienta de formacion o mandril de presion y los rodillos de presion, y se experimenta una deformacion plástica bajo la fuerza ejercida por los rodillos de presion. A manera de mejora, en particular con respecto a la produccion en masa, se propone que la herramienta de formacion deba consistir en materiales que contengan cromo y molibdeno, y debe ser templada y endurecida en la superficie, y que la distancia entre la herramienta de formacion y el montaje del mandril de presion en la máquina debe ser suficiente para permitir un grado de desviacion (alfa) por medio de la herramienta de formacion relativa al eje de la máquina.
