Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un aparato de válvula de descarga mejorado, el cual comprende una cubierta superior (5, 101, 106) un ensamble de válvula principal (35) movible hacia arriba dentro de la cubierta, formando con la parte superior de la misma, una cámara superior de volumen variable (6), un pasaje restringido (9) entre la cámara superior (6) y el exterior de la misma, una salida (19) hacia abajo desde la parte inferior de la cubierta, un asiento (13) para el ensamble de válvula principal al principio de la salida (19) de modo que, en la posicion más baja del ensamble principal de válvula, la salida es bloqueada contra el ingreso del líquido, en el cual está sumergido el aparato, y una válvula piloto (2, 54, 92) que se opera lejos de la cubierta (5, 101, 106) para poner la cámara superior (6) en comunicacion libre con la salida (19), estando acomodado de una forma tal que, al ser establecida dicha comunicacion libre, el líquido escapa de la cámara superior (6) y el cambio en las presiones relativas arriba y abajo del ensamble de válvula principal (35), causa que esteultimo se desprenda de su asiento, permitiendo de este modo, el flujo del líquido de inmersion dentro de la salida (19) para descargar substancialmente todo el líquido de la cisterna la detencion del flujo del líquido de inmersion, permite que el ensamble de válvula principal (35) regrese a su posicion asentada, cortando la válvula piloto (2, 54, 92) dicha comunicacion libre, y penetrando el aire en la cámara superior (6) creándose durante el reabastecimiento del líquido de inmersion, una presion neta hacia abajo, sobre el ensamble de válvula principal (35) para mantenerse asentada, y en donde la válvula piloto (2, 54, 92) tiene una varilla hueca (2, 54, 92) que se comunica con la atmosfera arriba del nivel de llenado completo normal (22) del líquido en la cisterna (1) definiendo el ensamble de válvula principal (35) y la varilla hueca (2, 54, 92) entre ellos una anillo hueco (16).
