Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously sprinkle water over many sections or a wide range by automatically changing a flow passage changing mechanism disposed in a valve with the use of the pressure of the fluid itself. CONSTITUTION:A valve member 11 is normally brought in press-contact with a valve seat 12a under the repulsive force of a first spring 14, and, therefore, water flows through a first passage leading from an inlet port 2 to a first oulet port 7 via a passage 3, a valve chamber 4, a passage 5 and a passage 6. A part of water in the first passages 5, 6 is led to a pressure receiving chamber 19a remote from the rod side of a piston in a cylinder 19 through a communication hole 20. A piston rod 22 ascends when water pressure is applied in this chamber 19a so that the valve member 11 is raised, while the spring force of a second spring 28 overcoming that of the first spring 14, thereby the passage is changed from the first outlet port 7 over to a second outlet port 10.
