Abstract
Un aparato de almacenamiento de datos que incluye un substrato, una capa de almacenamiento de datos sobre el substrato y una fuente generadora de electrones polarizados giratorios. La capa de almacenamiento de datos comprende un numero fijo de capas atomicas de un material magnético el cual produce la capa de almacenamiento de datos con una anisotropía magnética perpendicular a la superficie de la capa de almacenamiento de datos. En la capa de almacenamiento de datos se crea un campo magnético de datos. El campo magnético de datos es polarizado ya sean en una primera direccion correspondiente a un primer valor de datos o en una segunda direccion correspondiente a un segundo valor de datos. Los datos son almacenados en la capa de almacenamiento de datos produciendo un electron polarizado giratorio que tiene un campo magnético del electron con una direccion de polarizacion correspondiente a uno del primero y el segundo valores de datos, teniendo el electron una "característica" de longitud de onda de electrones disparejos en la capa de almacenamiento de datos lo cual causa el momento magnético del material, y dirigiendo el electron polarizado giratorio el campo magnético de datos para impartir la direccion de polarizacion del campo magnético del electron al campo magnético de datos. Los datos son leidos de la capa de almacenamiento de datos dirigiendo el electron polarizado giratorio en una segunda longitud de onda en el campo magnético de datos y detectando una desviacion o atraccion del electron polarizador giratorio por el campo magnético de datos. Alternativamente los datos se leen de la capa de almacenamiento de datos dirigiendo el electron polarizado giratorio en el campo magnético de datos de modo que el medio magnético produce un electron secundario y luego detectando ciertas características del electron secundario.
