Abstract

El sistema de aplicacion de voz avanzado de la presente invencion aprovecha la informacion o atributos integrados a la red de telecomunicaciones para determinar el riesgo de que una llamada sea una llamada fraudulenta, en un sistema de reconocimiento y verificacion de voz. Para lograr este objetivo, la informacion relacionada con la red de telecomunicaciones se almacena en una base de datos como diversos factores de riesgo. De este modo, dependiendo del tipo de factores de riesgo asociados con una llamada particular, el riesgo asignado a esa llamada puede entonces aumentarse o disminuirse, de modo que la red no rechazaría a un suscriptor válido aun cuando el patron de voz del suscriptor no corresponda o coincida exactamente con el espectrograma de voz suscrito pre-almacenada del suscriptor. Esta evaluacion de riesgo permite que la administracion de la red refuerce la seguridad del sistema sin sobrecargar con preguntas al suscriptor y también permite que se completen las llamadas de suscriptores válidos que de otra manera hubieran sido rechazadas. A la base de datos puede añadirse el historial de las llamadas pasadas conforme se relaciona con los diferentes factores de riesgo, de modo que los factores de riesgo constantemente actualizados puede utilizarse para evaluar adicionalmente si una llamada será completada.
