Abstract

본 방법은 교환기에 있어서 특수서비스기능을 이용하여 반드시 지정된 가입자에게 해당 일정관리내용을 알려 주고, 또한 가입자별 일정관리를 위한 메시지를 가입자가 입력할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 메시지를 제공하기 위한 가입자별 일정관리방법으로써, 본 방법은 가입자가 단말기를 이용하여 일정관리 서비스에 대한 코드를 인가하는 단계; 코드를 인가한 후, 인가한 시간데이터를 일정관리 서비스개시시간으로 저장하는 단계; 서비스 개시시간이 저장된 후, 소정의 메시지녹음을 위한 채널을 할당하는 단계; 할당된 채널을 이용하여 가입자로부터 인가되는 메시지를 녹음하는 단계; 일정관리서비스 등록이 완료되면, 서비스개시시간이 되면, 해당 가입자에게 호설정 처리를 하는 단계; 호설정 처리에 가입자가 응답하면 녹음된 메시지를 출력하는 단계를 포함하여 수행된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 가입자가 단말기를 이용하여 일정관리 서비스에 대한 코드를 인가하는 단계; 상기 코드를 인가한 후, 인가한 시간데이터를 시간데이터를 서비스개시시간으로 저장하는 단계; 상기 서비스개시시간이 저장된 후, 소정의 메시지녹음을 위한 채널을 할당하는 단계; 메시지녹음을 채널을 이용하여 가입자로부터 인가되는 메시지를 녹음하는 단계; 일정관리서비스 등록이 완료되면, 상기 서비스개시시간이 되면, 해당 가입자에게 호설정 처리를 하는 단계; 상기 호설정 처리에 가입자가 응답하면 상기 녹음된 메시지를 출력하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기에 있어서 가입자별 일정관리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가입자별 일정관리방법은, 상기 일정관리 서비스대한 코드가 인가되면, 이전에 정상적으로 처리 안된 일정관리서비스가 존재하는 지를 체크하는 단계; 상기 체크결과, 존재하면 해당 일정관리서비스에 대한 메시지를 출력하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기에 있어서 가입자별 일정관리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 호설정 처리단계는 상기 호설정이 요구된 가입자가 정상상태인지를 체크하는 단계; 상기 가입자가 정상상태에서 발생된 호에 대하여 무응답상태이면, 소정 횟수이상 상기 호설정이 요구되는 동안에도 상기 가입자가 무응답상태인 지를 체크하는 단계; 상기 소정 횟수이상 호설정에도 불구하고 상기 가입자가 무응답상태이면 상기 서비스코드 인가단계로 리턴 되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기에 있어서 가입자별 일정관리방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메세지 출력단계는 상기 메시지가 출력된 후, 상기 해당 가입자로부터 일정관리서비스에 대한 종료코드가 인가되지 않으면, 소정 횟수이상의 호설정요구에 의하여 메세지를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기에 있어서 가입자별 일정관리방법.
