Abstract
Se proporciona novedosas isoformas sustancialmente aisladas de moléculas-1 de adhesion celular endotelial de plaquetas humanas, ADNs que codifica para transcripciones que codifican las isoformas novedosas y otras, incluyendo una isoforma soluble previamente identificada, métodos para utilizar estos ADNs para hacer las isoformas mediante la expresion de los ADNs, y segmentos promotores, que controlan la transcripcion de genes de molécula-1 de adhesion celular endotelial de plaquetas humana. Las isoformas novedosas difieren de las moléculas-1 de adhesion celular endotelial de plaquetas humanas completas, por carecer de uno o más segmentos cerca del término C codificados por los exones 10-15 de los geles para las moléculas de longitud completa, y se presentan en vivo a partir del empalme alternativo de la transcripcion desde los genes.
