Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo para la eliminacion de los componentes volátiles indeseables contenidos en un mosto de cerveza se caracteriza por comprender una columna que incluye: - medios de distribucion uniforme del mosto de cerveza en el interior de dicha columna y en un primer sentido; - medios de distribucion uniforme de una corriente de gas inerte o vapor en el interior de la columna y en un segundo sentido, de preferencia opuesto al primer sentido; y - medios de aumento de la superficie de contacto de dicho mosto en el interior de dicha columna con dicha corriente de gas inerte o vapor.
