Abstract
Método para igualar la temperatura en un horno de calentamiento (10) con un ambiente de oxidacion controlado, comprendiendo el horno (10) pro lo menos una cámara aislada (11) que coopera con una superficie soportadora y transportadora definida por una pluralidad de rodillos (12); incluyendo los rodillos (12) aros (35) para soportar planchas (19), una pluralidad de quemadores (18) que están incluidos en cooperacion con la parte superior del interior del horno (10), mientras que una pluralidad de tomas de aspiracion (21) están incluidas en cooperacion con la parte inferior del horno (10); caracterízándose dicho método porque la alimentacion de los quemadores (18) se ajusta de tal manera que ajusta una atmosfera fuertemente oxidante dentro del horno (10), a fin de obtener una capa deseada y controlable de escama sobre la superficie de una plancha (19) en el horno (10); siendo transportada esta atmosfera fuertemente oxidante de manera que rodee y cubra continua y uniformemente toda la periferia de la plancha (19); cooperando el horno (10) corriente abajo con un ensamble desescamador (22) para eliminar la capa de escama así formada.
