Abstract

Se define un aparato y proceso automatizado de moldeo por transferencia/inyeccion que incluye una unidad formadora de cargas, una unidad transportadora, y una unidad de moldeo. La carga se forma de una o más placas de fibras de refuerzo y un material resinoso. Una vez formada, la carga es precalentada en la unidad transportadora de carga y es entregada a la unidad de moldeo, en donde las cargas precalentadas son forzadas por la presion de una plataforma movil al vacío hacia una cavidad de moldeo para ser polimerizadas. Las fibras dentro de las placas están orientadas de manera aleatoria en planos horizontales paralelos de manera que siempre están paralelas a la direccion del flujo inicial hacia la cavidad.
