Abstract
El aparato que comprende un miembro de palanca que tiene un primer regulador que se proporciona en un extremo del miembro de palanca y que funciona como un punto de fuerza, y un segundo regulador que se proporciona en el otro extremo del miembro de palanca y funciona como un punto de apoyo movible. Se proporciona un agujero de punto de accion con un pasador de manivela de un cigüeñal.
