Abstract

La invencion se relaciona con un procedimiento para preparar un producto de soja finamente dividido en el cual: a) Se descascaran en seco los frijoles de soja; b) Se muelen en presencia de agua caliente en continuo, esos frijoles de soja en un tiempo corto; c) Se trata térmicamente esta preparacion molida a una temperatura superior a 148 degree C es de 30 segundos y el tiempo de mantenimiento mínimo a temperaturas más elevadas es más corto; y d) Se pasa instantáneamente esta suspension a través de una válvula de contra-presion.
