Abstract
Un transformador de alta frecuencia (10) tiene un devanado primario (11) que comprende una espira hueca de refrigerante para la transmision del fluido de enfriamiento a través de la misma, y un devanado secundario (12) que comprende una pluralidad de espiras conductoras unidas térmicamente al devanado primario (11) utilizando adhesivo (31). El devanado secundario (12) también pueden estar comprendido de una espira hueca de refrigerante para la transmision de un fluido de enfriamiento a través de la misma. La presente invencion utiliza un concepto híbrido, en donde el líquido de enfriamiento se utiliza solamente en una o dos espiras de los devanados primario y/o secundario (11, 12) del transformador 10. Para cualquier devanado de transformador (10), las espiras restantes de cualquier devanado particular están unidas térmicamente a la espira de refrigerante por medio de un adhesivo (31), y por lo tanto todas las espiras son enfriadas, una directamente y el resto de manera indirecta. La espira de refrigerante enfriada con líquido puede conectarse en serie con un devanado de alta frecuencia de diseño normal, sin ningun efecto perjudicial sobe las pérdidas o desempeño eléctrico para ambos devanados el primario y el secundario ç/11, 12). La presente invencion también se puede utilizar en la construccion de una sonda de acoplamiento inductivo para un cargador de batería de vehículo eléctrico.
