Abstract
전기 차량 등의 추진 전지들을 충전시키는 무접촉 전지 충전 시스템에 사용하기 위한 고전압 케이블 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 무접촉 전지 충전 시스템은 전원에 결합된 1차 전력 변환기 및 상기 전기 차량의 추진 전지들에 결합된 상기 전기 차량 상에 위치된 2차 전력 변한기를 포함한다. 상기 1차 전력 변환기 및 2차 전력 변환기들은 동축 전력 케이블에 의하여 접속된다. 절연 트랜스가 상기 1차 전력 변환기의 출력과 상기 동축 전력 케이블 사이에 결합된다. 이러한 변성기는 상기 1차 전력 변환기의 2개의 출력단 중의 하나가 접지 전위에 접속되는 것을 허용한다. 상기 절연 트랜스는 안전성을 개선시키며, 또 상기 2차 전력 변환기에 전력을 결합시킬 때의 전자기 간섭(EMI)을 감소시킨다. 상기 절연 트랜스(30)는 상기 1차 전력 변환기에서 사용될 스텝-업 전압 레벨을 사용하는 것을 허용하는데, 이는 상기 2차 변환기에 전력을 전달하는데 요구되는 상기 동축 전력 케이블의 전류량을 감소시킨다. 이는 타당한 크기의 동축 전력 케이블을 사용하여 상기 전력 차량에 더 많은 충전 전력이 전달되는 것을 허용한다.

Claims (5)
- 전기 차량의 외부에 위치된 전원에 결합된 1차 전력 변환기, 및 상기 전기 차량의 전지에 결합되고 상기 전기 차량 상에 배치된 2차 전력 변환기를 포함하되, 상기 1차 전력 변환기 및 2차 전력 변환기가 전력 케이블에 의하여 접속된 상기 전기 차량의 전지를 충전하는 전지 충전 시스템에 사용하기 위한 케이블 시스템에 있어서, 중심 도전체 및 대지 귀로(ground return)를 갖는 동축 전력 케이블; 및 상기 1차 전력 변환기의 출력에 결합된 1차 권선을 가지며, 또 상기 동축 전력 케이블의 중심 도전체 및 대지 귀로에 결합된 2차 권선을 갖는 절연 트랜스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 트랜스는 상기 동축 전력 케이블에 의하여 전달된 전압을 증가시키고, 또 전달된 전류를 낮추도록 선정된 스텝 업 권선비(step up turns ratio)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 시스템.
- 전기 차량의 외부에 위치된 전원에 결합된 1차 전력 변환기, 및 상기 전기 차량의 전지에 결합되고 상기 전기 차량 상에 배치된 2차 전력 변환기를 포함하되, 상기 1차 전력 변환기 및 2차 전력 변환기들이 전력 케이블에 의하여 접속된 상기 전기 차량의 전지를 충전하는 전지 충전 시스템에 사용하기 위한 케이블 시스템에 있어서, 중심 도전체 및 대지 귀로를 갖는 동축 전력 케이블; 및 상기 1차 전력 변환기의 출력에 결합된 1차 권선을 가지며, 상기 동축 전력 케이블의 중심 도전체 및 대지 귀로에 결합된 2차 권선을 갖고, 또 상기 동축 전력 케이블에 의하여 전달된 전압을 증가시키고, 또 전달된 전류를 낮추도록 선정된 스텝 엡 권선비를 갖는 절연 트랜스를 포함하는 것을 특징로 하는 케이블 시스템.
- 전기 차량의 외부에 위치된 전원에 결합되고 직렬 공진 탱크 회로에 결합된 트랜지스터 브리지(transistor bridge)로 구성된 1차 전력 변환기, 및 상기 전기 차량의 전지에 결합되고 상기 전기 차량 상에 배치되며 정류기에 의하여 상기 전기 차량의 상기 전지에 결합된 2차 전력 변환기를 포함하되, 상기 1차 전력 변환기 및 2차 전력 변환기들이 전력 케이블에 의하여 접속된 상기 전기 차량의 전지를 충전하는 전지 충전 시스템에 사용하기 위한 케이블 시스템에 있어서, 중심 도전체 및 대지 귀로를 갖는 동축 전력 케이블; 및 상기 1차 전력 변환기의 트랜지스터 브리지에 결합된 1차 권선을 가지며, 또 상기 동축 전력 케이블의 중심 도전체 및 대지 귀로에 결합된 2차 권선을 갖는 절연 트랜스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절연 트랜스는 상기 동축 전력 케이블에 의하여 전달된 전압을 증가시키고, 또 전달된 전류를 낮추도록 선정된 스텝 업 권선비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
