Abstract
본 발명은 냉각 유체를 그것을 통해 전달하는 중공 냉매 회선을 포함하는 1차 권선(11)과, 접착제(31)를 사용해 1차 권선(11)에 열적 결합된 다수의 전도성 회선덜을 포함하는 2차 권선(12)를 갖는 고주파 변압기(10)에 관한 것이다. 2차 권선(12)은 또한 그것을 통해 냉각 유체를 전달하는 중공 냉매 회선으로 구성될 수 있다. 그러므로 본 발명은 복합 개념을 사용하며, 액체 냉각은 변압기(10)의 1차 및/또는 2차 권선(11, 12)의 단지 하나 또는 두개의 회선에만 사용된다. 임의의 특정 권선의 잔여 회선은 접착제(31)에 의해 냉매 회선에 열적 결합되고, 그러므로 모든 회선이, 변압기(10)의 권선 중 하나에 대해, 하나는 직접, 나머지는 간접으로 하여 냉각된다. 액체 냉각 냉매 회선은, 1차 및 2차 권선 모두를 위한 전기적 성능 또는 손실에 나쁜 영향을 미치지 않고, 통상적으로 설계된 고주파 권선에 직렬로 연결될 수 있다. 본 발명은 또한 전기 자동차 전지 충전지를 위한 유도 결합 프로브를 구성하는 데 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 그것을 통해 냉각 유체를 전달하기 위한 중공 금속제 냉매 회선을 포함하는 1차 권선(11)과, 1차 권선(11)에 커플링된 다수의 전도성 회선들을 포함하는 2차 권선(12)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공 금속제 냉매 회선은 평면 나선 권선인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공 금속제 냉매 회선은 평면 와선 권선인 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 권선(11)은 부가적인 다수의 전도성 회선들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 1차 권선(11)은 부가적인 다수의 전도성 회선들은 접착제(31)에 의해 중공 금속제 냉매 회선에 열적으로 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1차 권선(11)은 평면 와선 권선들을 각각 포함하는 부가적인 다수의 전도성 회선들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 권선(11)은 전기 차량 전지 충전기용 유도 커플링 프로브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차 권선(12)은 2차 권선의 외부 회선이고 냉각 유체를 전달하는 중공 전도성 냉매 회선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2차 권선(12)은 부가적인 다수의 전도성 회선들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 2차 권선(12)의 부가적인 다수의 전도성 회선들은 접착제(31)에 의해 개개의 중공 전도성 냉매 회선에 열적으로 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 변압기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
