Abstract
Un acoplado inductivo enfriado por aceite con un sistema de carga inductivo que carga las baterías de propulsion de un vehículo eléctrico. El acoplador está conectado a una fuente de energía por vía de un cable coaxial que tiene conductores de energía eléctrica para acoplar la energía eléctrica al acoplador, y canales de enfriamiento para acoplar un fluido de enfriamiento de alta resistencia dieléctrica a y desde el acoplador. El acoplador tiene un recinto con una caja de inundacion formada ahí teniendo un interior abierto que forma un área de terminacion de conductor. Los canales de enfriamiento están acoplados a la caja de inundacion, y los conductores de potencia están terminados en el área de terminacion y están expuestos al fluido de enfriamiento que es bombeado a través de éstos para enfriarlos. Un intercambiador de calor teniendo una trayectoria de flujo de fluido a través del mismo está acoplado a la caja de inundacion y permite que el fluido de enfriamiento circule a través del mismo. Un bobinado primario está asegurado o unido al intercambiador de calor, un disco magnético está colocado en una abertura en el intercambiador de calor, y las cubiertas de bobinado primarias superior e inferior envuelven el intercambiador de calor. El fluido de enfriamiento es bombeado a través del cable coaxial, de la caja de inundacion y del intercambiador de calor para enfriar el bobinado primario, el disco magnético, y los conductores de energía, para permitir que sean transferidos los niveles de energía altos entre la fuente de energía y las baterías de propulsion del vehículo eléctrico.
