Abstract

Se preparan aductos que contienen grupos nitro o nitroso terminadores, y una o más porciones mesógenas, haciendo reaccionar (A) por lo menos un compuesto que contiene un promedio de más de un grupo epóxido vecinal por molécula, con (B) por lo menos un compuesto que contiene uno o más grupo nitro o nitroso, y un promedio de un átomo de hidrógeno reactivo por molécula; a condición de que por lo menos un miembro de los componentes (A) y (B) contenga una porción mesógena. La reducción de estos aductos de aminas que son útiles como agentes curadores para resinas epoxi.
