Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método nuevo y mejorado de producirmateriales de revestimiento que comprende las fases de proporcionar unprimer material orgánico que es sólido a temperatura ambiente,proporcionar un material orgánico que es sólido a temperatura ambiente,proporcionar un segundo material orgánico que es sólido a temperaturaambiente y que es sustancialmente diferente en composición química delprimer material orgánico, proporcionar una fuente de fluido supercrítico,proporcionar un primer recipiente que tiene un agitador mecánico,proporcionar un segundo recipiente, introducir los materiales inicialesprimero y segundo y el fluido supercrítico en el primer recipiente yagitar mecánicamente dichos materiales y el fluido supercrítico, ydescargar el contenido del primer recipiente en el segundo recipiente demanera que se recojan sustancialmente todo el material orgánico primero ysegundo en la segunda cuba, manteniéndose el segundo recipiente a unapresión inferior al primer recipiente.
