Abstract
Un aparato externo para centrar el eje de un orificio de tornillo transversal en un clavo intramedular que se ha implantado en la cavidad medular de un miembro alargado fracturado, incluyendo este aparejo: Una estructura de plantilla que tiene una primera parte alargada que se extiende distalmente, y una segunda parte alargada que se extiende proximalmente; un brazo de soporte de desfasamiento, conectado de tal manera en un extremo con al segunda parte, que establece una dirección de desfasamiento que es normal a la dirección de alargamiento de la segunda parte; un elemento de sujeción en el otro extremo del brazo de soporte, para conectar de una manera separablemente rígida el brazo con el extremo proximal del clavo intramedular, de tal manera que el eje del clavo se extiende en una dirección substancialmente paralela a la segunda parte, y define, con la dirección de desfasamiento, un primer plano geométrico; teniendo la primera parte de plantilla, un orificio de guía que está paralelo a la dirección de desfasamiento del brazo; caracterizado porque adicionalmente incluye un elemento para conectar de una manera movible la primera parte con la segunda parte, para hacer posible el movimiento relativo de la primera parte en un segundo plano geométrico normal al primer plano, proporcionándose un elemento para ajustar de una manera controlable la posición de la primera parte con respecto a al segunda parte para alinear de una manera selectiva el orificio de guía con el orificio del tornillo transversal del clavo.
