Abstract

Un quemador está con una cabeza de quemador y un tubo de llama, presentando la cabeza de quemador una disposición de descarga concéntrica de toberas de aporte de aire y de combustible. A continuación de las mismas se produce una mezcla de aire pobre en contenido de nitrógeno y combustible que es encendida en una cámara en el interior de un cuerpo hueco. Compuestos gaseosos de difícil combustión no quemado fluyen, después del egreso fuera del cuerpo hueco, por la superficie externa del mismo de regreso a la zona delante del cuerpo hueco volviendo a ingresar con aire pobre en contenido de nitrógeno para su combustión en la cámara. Esta combustión adicional aumenta el aprovechamiento energético del combustible y disminuye la cantidad de substancias nocivas en los gases de escape.
