Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un interruptor de radiofrecuencia de alta velocidad por alto voltaje novedoso para fines tales como lo conmutación en frío de impulsos cortos de radiofrecuencia de corriente muy elevada en aplicaciones tales como los transmisores Loran-C del estado sólido y semejantes, tal como para la conmutación entre las redes de acoplamiento/salida de los mismos. El interruptor comprende pares no conectados superior e inferior planos de tiras de barra colectora de entrada y de salida que se extienden longitudinalmente, conectables eléctricamente mediante inserción transversal de tiras de enlace planas ligeramente separadas de las mismas y comprensión rápida de las mismas contra las porciones de extremo adyacentes de las tiras de barra colectora de entrada y de salida no conectadas, permitiendo una conmutación rápida exenta de desgaste de las superficies de contacto, pero con la provisión de una separación adecuada para funcionamiento a alto voltaje y presión de contacto adecuada para eliminar la formación de arco de la corriente. La presente invención se relaciona con un aparato para conmutar entre redes de radiofrecuencia (RF) de alta potencia, estando relacionada más particularmente con los problemas de formación de arco de corriente y desgaste de contacto del interruptor.
