Abstract
Esta invención es un proceso para la regeneración de catalizadores de conversión de hidrocarburos, ácidos, sólidos, pero particularmente ciertas alúminas de transición y zeolitas promovidas con ácidos de Lewis (preferentemente BG3), los cuales han sido usados en la alquilación de isoparafinas con olefinas. El proceso involucra la eliminación de cierta porción del residuo del producto de reacción que se adhiere al catalizador sólido, mediante el contacto con un solvente, para recuperar parcialmente la actividad inicial del catalizador.
