Abstract
El dispositivo (1) para electroterapia y/o electrofisiología que comprende al menos un conductor (2) que posee un cuerpo de conductor alargado que se extiende a lo largo de una dirección longitudinal (X-X) y que comprende un extremo proximal (3) y un extremo distal (4); y posee al menos un rodillo (5) que tiene un cuerpo de rodillo que comprende dos superficies principales opuestas (6, 7) que definen un espesor de rodillo (33) entre ellas; en donde dicho rodillo (5) comprende al menos un electrodo de rodillo (8) que tiene una superficie expuesta (9) diseñada para entrar en contacto eléctrico con un tejido vivo (10) dentro del cuerpo de un paciente (11); dicho rodillo (5) es adecuado para modificar el absceso transversal (12) de la misma, de modo que asuma al menos una configuración de transporte y al menos una configuración operativa, en donde el absceso transversal (12) del rodillo (5) en al menos una configuración de transporte es menor que el absceso transversal (12) de la mismo rodillo (5) cuando se encuentra en al menos una configuración operativa; en donde dicho conductor (2) comprende una porción de conexión (13) cerca del extremo distal (4) del mismo; en donde dicha porción de conexión (13) del conductor (2) comprende al menos una superficie arqueada eléctricamente conductora (14); y dicho rodillo (5) comprende al menos una sección de contra-conexión (15) que comprende al menos una contra superficie (16) conductora eléctricamente arqueada en contacto directo con al menos una superficie conductora (14) de la porción de conexión (13) del conductor (2), de modo que al menos una sección de contra-conexión (15) del rodillo (5) tiene una forma arqueada transversalmente que define una primera concavidad (R1) orientada hacia dicha porción de conexión (13) del conductor (2); en donde al menos una contra superficie conductora (16) del rodillo (5) se encuentra en comunicación eléctrica con dicho electrodo de rodillo (8) por medio de al menos una ruta conductora (17) que se extiende dentro del cuerpo del rodillo (5) de tal manera que dicho extremo proximal (3) del conductor (2) se encuentra en comunicación eléctrica con dicha superficie expuesta (9) de al menos un electrodo de rodillo (8).
