Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para recubrir por lo menos parcialmente un sustrato eléctricamente conductor con un material de electrorrecubrimiento, que comprende por lo menos poner en contacto el sustrato con una composición acuosa de recubrimiento (A) como paso (1), el cual se lleva a cabo en por lo menos dos etapas sucesivas (1a) y (1b), es decir, en primer lugar a un voltaje aplicado en un rango entre 1 y 50 V (1a), el cual es aplicado durante por lo menos 5 segundos, y luego en un rango entre 50 y 400 V (1b), siendo mayor el voltaje aplicado en (1b) en al menos 10 V que el voltaje aplicado en (1a), comprendiendo (A) por lo menos un aglutinante depositable catódicamente (A1), por lo menos un ácido monocarboxílico o policarboxílico orgánico el cual no tiene átomo de nitrógeno alguno, y/o sus aniones (A3) y bismuto trivalente (A4), estando presentes el (A3) y (A4) en (A) en una cantidad tal que la relación estequiométrica entre sí permite que por lo menos el 50 % molar de (A4) esté presente en forma de una sal y/o complejo de componentes (A3) y (A4), siendo las fracciones molares de cualquier ion zirconio y ácido aminopolicarboxílico presente en (A) 100 veces o 15 veces menores, en cada caso, respectivamente, que la fracción molar de (A4) presente en (A); a un uso de (A) para recubrir por lo menos parcialmente el sustrato con un material de electrorrecubrimiento; a sustratos eléctricamente conductores recubiertos por lo menos parcialmente obtenibles mediante el método; y a artículos o componentes producidos a partir de dichos sustratos.
