Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a confiterías y métodos para hacer confiterías en donde se deposita una composición de confitería en un molde o una cubierta de confitería estampada. La composición depositada puede ser un mono-depósito de una sola composición o un co-depósito de dos composiciones diferentes de diferentes texturas, tales como un caramelo duro y un componente a base de grasa entremezclado para formar un laminado.
