Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un complejo de edición del genoma para modificar una polinucleótido objetivo que comprende un péptido que penetra en las células y una o más moléculas de un sistema de edición del genoma, en donde el péptido que penetra en las células es un péptido ADGN-100, caracterizado porque comprende i) una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID NO: 53-70; o ii) la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO: 79 U 80; y en donde la una o más moléculas del sistema de edición del genoma se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en: a) uno o mambos de 1) una endonucleasa guiada por ARN (RGEN) o un ácido nucleico que codifica para la RGEN y 2) un ARN guía (ARNg), en donde el ARNg comprende una secuencia guía completaría a una secuencia objetivo en el polinucleótido objetivo; y b) uno o ambos de: 1) endonucleasa guiada por ADN (DGEN) o un ácido nucleico que codifica para la DGEN y 2) un ADN guía ( gADN), en donde el gADN comprende una secuencia guía complementaria a una secuencia objetivo en el polinucleótido objetivo.
