Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una proteína resistente a herbicidas, el gen que la codifica y el uso de la misma. La proteína resistente a herbicidas comprende: (a) una proteína que consiste de una secuencia de aminoácidos mostrada en la SEQ ID NO:2; o (b) una proteína con la actividad de resistencia a herbicidas la cual es derivada de la secuencia de aminoácidos (a) reemplazando y/o suprimiendo o y/o agregando uno o más aminoácidos a la misma. La proteína resistente a herbicidas de esta invención es especialmente adecuada para la expresión en plantas, con un espectro de resistencia amplio a herbicidas, especialmente a herbicidas de fenoxiauxina.
