Abstract

Un proceso de conversión de metano para producir hidrocarburos C2+ que comprende (a) introducir una mezcla de reactivos que comprende metano (> 20 % en moles) y un compuesto inerte en una unidad de reacción para producir una corriente efluente del reactor que comprende hidrocarburos C2+,. metano, el compuesto inerte y agua y/o dióxido de carbono; (b) eliminar al menos una porción del agua y/o al menos una porción del dióxido de carbono de la corriente efluente del reactor para producir una corriente de alimentación del desmetanizador; (c) alimentar al menos una porción de la corriente de alimentación del desmetanizador a una unidad desmetanizadora para producir dos o más corrientes de vapor (corriente rica en metano y corriente rica en componentes inertes), y al menos una corriente liquida (hidrocarburos C2+): (d) retirar al menos una porción de la corriente rica en componentes inertes como una corriente de purga; (e) reciclar cualquier porción restante de la corriente rica en componentes inertes a la unidad de reacción; y (f) reciclar la corriente rica en metano a la unidad de reacción.
