Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de polímero reticulado, la cual se obtiene por la reticulación de una composición de polímero, cuya composición de polímero tiene una tasa de flujo de fusión (MFR) de al menos 1.7 y comprende una poliolefina, peróxido y azufre que contiene antioxidante, caracterizado por que la composición de polímero reticulado tiene un Tiempo de Inducción de Oxidación, determinado de acuerdo con ASTM-D3895, ISO/CD 11357 y EN 728 usando un Calorímetro de Barrido Diferencial (DSC), cuyo Tiempo de Inducción de Oxidación corresponde a Z minutos, y comprende una cantidad de subproductos de peróxido que corresponden a W ppm determinado de acuerdo con BTM2222 usando HPLC, en donde Z1 = Z = Z2, W1 = W = W2, y W = p - 270 * Z, en donde Z1 es 0, Z2 es 60, W1 es 0 y W2 es 9500, y p es 18500.; y uso de los mismos, un aislamiento del cable de alimentación y un cable de alimentación, útil en aplicaciones de corriente continua de aplicaciones de cable de alto voltaje (HV) y extra alto voltaje (EHV).
