Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un sistema para preparar un producto elaborado, comprendiendo una cápsula porción que contiene un material de extracción y un aparato de extracción para preparar el producto elaborado a partir del material de extracción contenido en la cápsula porción, en donde el aparato de extracción comprende un dispositivo de inyección para introducir un fluido de elaboración en la cápsula porción, y un dispositivo de extracción para extraer un producto de extracción fuera de la cápsula porción, en donde el dispositivo de inyección y el dispositivo de extracción, entre ellos, definen un espacio de alojamiento para la cápsula porción y se pueden distanciar entre sí en una manera relativa con el propósito de insertar la cápsula en el espacio de alojamiento y se pueden acercar entre sí con el propósito de fijar la cápsula en su lugar. El dispositivo de extracción tiene un medio de presión por medio del que una pared de la cápsula porción se inserta en el espacio de alojamiento, cuya pared enfrentada al dispositivo de extracción, se puede presionar en dirección hacia el interior de la cápsula con el propósito de compactar el material de extracción contenido en la cápsula porción antes que el dispositivo de inyección introduzca el líquido de elaboración en la cápsula porción.
