Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso de conversión de una carga pesada de hidrocarburos que tiene una temperatura inicial de ebullición de al menos 300 °C que comprende las etapas siguientes: a) una etapa de hidroconversión de al menos una parte de la carga en la presencia de hidrógeno en las condiciones que permiten obtener una carga líquida de contenido reducido de carbono conradson, de los metales, de azufre y de nitrógeno, b) una etapa de separación del efluente surgido de la etapa a) para obtener una fracción líquida ligera que hierve a una temperatura inferior de 300 °C y una fracción líquida pesada que hierve a una temperatura superior a 300 C°, c) una etapa de desasfaltado selectivo de al menos una parte de la fracción líquida pesada, d) una etapa de reciclaje de al menos una parte del corte del aceite desasfaltado DAO surgido de la etapa c) río arriba de la etapa a) de hidroconversión y/o a la entrada de la etapa b) de separación.
