Abstract

Se describen un método y un sistema para la producción de bebidas por medio de una cápsula (C1, C2, C3, C4) y un recipiente (A) adaptado para alojar la cápsula durante la producción; la cápsula comprende un anillo de refuerzo (102, 202, 302, 402) que comprende una pared lateral (103, 203, 303, 403) y un reborde (104, 204, 304, 404) que sobresale desde la pared lateral; se proporciona un sello entre por lo menos una porción de la pared lateral del anillo de refuerzo y por lo menos una porción de la superficie interior (17) de la pared lateral (5) del recipiente a fin de evitar la fuga de la bebida desde la superficie de contacto entre el anillo de refuerzo y el recipiente.
