Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una boquilla de placa delgada para fundición de placas delgadas de metal a un flujo masivo muy elevado, comprendiendo dicha boquilla de placa delgada: -Un orificio central (50) definido por una pared de orificio y que se abre en el orificio de entrada (50u) y se extiende desde ahí a lo largo del eje longitudinal XI hasta que se cierra en un extremo hacia arriba (10u) de un divisor (10), comprendiendo dicho orificio central:-Una posición de orificio hacia arriba (50a) que comprende el orificio de entrada y se extiende sobre una altura Ha, y adyacente a la misma, forma un límite hacia arriba (5a) con -Una porción de orificio convergente (50e) de altura He localizada en la porción de conexión de la boquilla de placa delgada y adyacente a la misma -Una porción de orificio delgado (50f) de altura Hf localizada en la porción difusora de la boquilla de placa delgada y que termina al nivel del extremo hacia arriba (10u) del divisor (10); -Un primer y segundo puertos frontales (51) separados entre sí por dicho divisor (10) y acoplados a la porción de orificio central (50a) al menos parcialmente en la porción convergente (50e); caracterizada porque, en una sección de la boquilla de placa delgada a lo largo del primer plano de simetría 111definido por (X1, X2) en donde X2 es normal a X1, la geometría de la pared del orificio central (50) se caracteriza como sigue: -El radio de la curvatura en cualquier punto de la pared del orificio de la porción del orificio convergente (50e) es finita; y -La relación de la altura Hf de la porción de orificio delgado (50f) con la altura He de la porción convergente (50e), no es mayor que 1, Hf/He=1.
