Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a los procesos para detectar el ácido nucleico del virus de dengue (DENV, por sus siglas en inglés) en una muestra, que incluyen producir un producto de amplificación al amplificar las secuencia de nucleótido de DENV y detectar una amplificación por medio de la hibridación de una sonda o de otra técnica. Los procesos usan los cebadores o las sondas con las mutaciones introducidas y/o las bases degeneradas que proporcionan la superioridad excelente en la detección y en el serotipado de DENV en una muestra.
