Abstract

Se describe un método de procesamiento por láser de un material metálico, por medio de un rayo láser enfocado que tiene una distribución de potencia transversal predeterminada en por lo menos un plano de trabajo del material, que comprende las etapas de: - proporcionar una fuente de emisión de rayo láser; - conducir el rayo láser a lo largo de una trayectoria óptica de transporte de haz a un cabezal de trabajo dispuesto cerca del material; - colimar el rayo láser a lo largo de un eje óptico de propagación incidente sobre el material; - enfocar el rayo láser colimado en un área de un plano de trabajo del material; y - conducir el rayo láser enfocado a lo largo de una trayectoria de trabajo en el material metálico, que comprende una sucesión de áreas de trabajo, en donde el rayo láser se conforma: - al reflejar el haz colimado por medio de un elemento reflector de superficie controlada deformable que tiene una pluralidad de áreas de reflexión movibles independientemente, y - al controlar la disposición de las áreas de reflexión para establecer una distribución de potencia transversal predeterminada del haz en por lo menos un plano de trabajo del material metálico en función del área del plano de trabajo actual y/o de la dirección actual de la trayectoria de trabajo en el material metálico.
